Romaji: Sumimasen, goshuin o itadakitai no desu ga, dochira de onegai dekimasu ka? / Reply Romaji: Goshuin wa kochira no juyosho de o-uke shiteorimasu. Goshuin-chō o o-mochi kudasai.

Remember to have your goshuin-chō (goshuin notebook) ready. If you don't have one, you can usually purchase one there or receive a paper version. Be mindful of queue etiquette.
