Romaji: Sumimasen, kono tsukemen no oishii tabekata o oshiete itadakemasu ka? Wari-sūpu mo onegai shitai desu. / Reply Romaji: Hai, men wa sūpu ni sukoshi dake hitashite, omeshiagari kudasai. Tabeowattara, kochira de sūpu o warimasu ne.

Gesture & etiquette
Look at the tsukemen, then at the staff with a questioning look. Maybe point at the noodles and soup.
Wari-sūpu' is usually offered after you finish the noodles, not with the initial serving. Wait until your noodles are mostly gone.
