If it's within a range that can be covered with a sticker or similar, there is no problem.
Gesture & etiquette
Discreetly gesture to the area where the tattoo might be, or show a small covering patch if you have one.
Even if allowed, be mindful of local customs. Always cover tattoos if requested or if they are large and conspicuous. Some traditional facilities still prohibit all tattoos.
