Romaji: Sumimasen, tatou ga aru no desu ga, nyūyoku wa kanō deshou ka? / Reply Romaji: Chiisana tatou deshitara, bansōkō nado de kakushite itadakereba nyūyoku kanō desu. Moshi kōhan'i deshitara, goenryo itadaite orimasu.

小さなタトゥーでしたら、絆創膏などで隠していただければ入浴可能です。もし広範囲でしたら、ご遠慮いただいております。
ちいさなタトゥーでしたら、ばんそうこうなどでかくしていただければにゅうよくかのうです。もしこうはんいでしたら、ごえんりょいただいております。
If it's a small tattoo, you may enter if you cover it with a bandage or similar. If it's extensive, we regretfully ask you to refrain.

Point vaguely to where the tattoo might be, or a slight bow.
Do not argue if denied entry. Respect the rules of the facility. Do not try to enter if you know you violate the rules.
