I have a tattoo; can I use the public bath?
Romaji: Tatū ga aru no desu ga, daiyokujō wa riyō dekimasu ka? / Reply Romaji: Chīsai tatū deshitara, kakusu shīru o go-riyō itadakereba daijōbu desu. Ōkii baai wa, kashikiri-buro o go-annai shite orimasu.

小さいタトゥーでしたら、隠すシールをご利用いただければ大丈夫です。大きい場合は、貸切風呂をご案内しております。
ちいさいタトゥーでしたら、かくすシールをごりよういただければだいじょうぶです。おおきいばあいは、かしきりぶろをごあんないしております。
If it's a small tattoo, it's fine if you use a cover-up sticker. For larger tattoos, we recommend using our private baths.
Gesture & etiquette
Point to arm/body where tattoo might be, or make a small covering motion.
Do not enter the public bath with a visible tattoo if rules prohibit it. Some places allow small tattoos with cover-up stickers. Always ask first.
