Yes, if they are small tattoos, it's fine if you cover them with a sticker. Please refrain from entering with large tattoos.
Gesture & etiquette
Point to arm/body where tattoo might be, or make a covering motion.
Do not try to enter without asking if you have tattoos, as it might cause trouble. Be prepared to be denied entry or asked to cover them.
