Romaji: Sumimasen, kono tabemono wa, dore kurai himochi shimasu ka? Ryokō-chū na no desu ga, hozon hōhō o oshiete itadakemasu ka? / Reply Romaji: Kore wa jōon de ni-san-nichi daijōbu desu ga, reizōko ni ireru to isshūkan hodo mochimasu yo. Hikōki ni noru nara, horeizai o ireru no ga osusume desu.

これは常温で2〜3日大丈夫ですが、冷蔵庫に入れると1週間ほど持ちますよ。飛行機に乗るなら、保冷剤を入れるのがおすすめです。
これはじょうおんでにさんちだいじょうぶですが、れいぞうこにいれるといっしゅうかんほどもちますよ。ひこうきにのるなら、ほれいざいをいれるのがおすすめです。
This will be fine at room temperature for 2-3 days, but it'll last about a week in the refrigerator. If you're taking it on a plane, I recommend putting in a cooler pack.
