小さなタトゥーでしたら、カバーシールで隠していただければ入浴可能です。
ちいさなタトゥーでしたら、カバーシールでかくしていただければにゅうよくかのうです。
If it's a small tattoo, you can use the bath if you cover it with a cover-up sticker.

Slight bow or respectful posture.
Do not assume all onsens allow tattoos, even with cover-ups. Always ask politely. Large tattoos are often strictly prohibited.
