せいりけんをとって、おりるときにまえのりょうきんばこにいれてください。
Please take a numbered ticket, and put it in the fare box at the front when you get off.

Hold up a hand to get attention, then look confused towards the fare box/driver.
Do not try to pay a fixed fare or argue about the system. Follow the instructions for the numbered ticket (整理券).
