I have a small tattoo, but if I cover it so it's not noticeable, can I still use the bath?

小さなものであれば、他のお客様にご配慮いただき、絆創膏などで隠していただければ大丈夫です。
ちいさなものであれば、ほかのおきゃくさまにごはいりょいただき、ばんそうこうなどでかくしていただければだいじょうぶです。
If it's a small one, and you cover it with a bandage or similar out of consideration for other guests, it will be fine.
Gesture & etiquette
Gently point to the (covered) area where the tattoo is, or make a small gesture to indicate "small."
Do not argue if denied. Some establishments have a strict "no tattoo" policy regardless of size or covering. Do not enter if your tattoo is large or cannot be fully covered.
