ATMs at convenience stores often accept international cards. There's one over there.

Point to your card, then to the ATM, then make a questioning gesture pointing around.
Always check for 'International Cards' or specific network logos (Visa, Mastercard, Plus, Cirrus) on the ATM. Some ATMs in Japan only accept domestic cards.
