Slight bow. Maybe discreetly indicate the area of the tattoo if asked for more detail, but generally just stating you have one is enough.
Do not lie about having a tattoo. Always ask beforehand, especially if it's visible. If they say no, respect their rules and do not try to enter. Some places might allow if covered with a sticker.
