中に専用のマットが置いてあるので、自由に使って、戻す時に洗ってください。
なかにせんようのまっとがおいてあるので、じゆうにつかって、もどすときにあらってください。
There are designated mats inside, so feel free to use them. Just wash them before putting them back.
Gesture & etiquette
Mimic sitting down and wiping/washing a small mat.
Do not sit directly on the sauna wood without a towel or mat, as it is bad manners.
