Gesture & etiquette

A brief apologetic bow accompanies this phrase. Immediately state how much extra time you need: 「あと3分ほどで終わります」(I'll finish in about 3 more minutes). Specificity shows you respect their schedule.

「少々」(a little) and 「まだ〜残っておりまして」(I still have... remaining) are humble, apologetic qualifiers that acknowledge you are asking for more of someone's time than originally intended.
