こちらは少し古い油性のシミですね。専門のクリーニングに出せば、目立たなくなる可能性はございます。
こちらはすこしふるいゆせいのしみですね。せんもんのくりーにんぐにだせば、めだたなくなるかのうせいはございます。
This appears to be an old oil-based stain. If you send it to a professional cleaner, there's a possibility it will become less noticeable.

Gently point to the stain on the kimono sleeve. Make eye contact with the staff.
Do not try to clean the kimono yourself in the shop. Handle the kimono with care, as it may be delicate.
