If you step on this pedal near the aisle at your feet, the seat will spin.
Gesture & etiquette
Point to the bottom of the seat and make a rotating motion with your hand.
Do not force the seat to turn without stepping on the pedal, and avoid rotating seats if it inconveniences nearby passengers.
