Have your calendar or planner visible and ready. Propose two or three specific options after asking — this makes it easier for the client to confirm without extensive back-and-forth. Confirm the agreed time in writing (email/message) the same day.

Proposing a next meeting before leaving the current one signals professionalism and prevents delays in project momentum. Using 'いつ頃' (around when) rather than 'いつ' (exactly when) gives the client flexibility to check their schedule without feeling pressured for an immediate answer.
