ご覧ください' (please look / kindly view) uses the honorific form of 見る to show respect as you present information. Always position the document or screen so the viewer can read it comfortably without straining. Briefly summarize what they're looking at before letting them absorb it: 'こちらが先月の売上データです' (These are last month's sales figures).
