Move alongside them to the window if possible — sharing the view together is warmer than pointing from a distance. Comment on specific things you can see: 'Niwaki ga midori de kirei desu ne' (The garden trees are so beautifully green). If they mention a plant or flower they like, note it and mention it again on future visits — small remembered details build deep trust.
