If it's a small tattoo sticker, it's fine as long as you are considerate of other customers. If you're concerned, it would be helpful if you could make it inconspicuous.
Gesture & etiquette
Gesture towards your arm/body where the sticker is while asking. Look polite and apologetic.
Some establishments strictly prohibit any tattoos (even temporary stickers). Always ask beforehand. Respect their rules. Never enter the bathing area with large, permanent tattoos without confirming it's allowed (some places provide cover-up seals).
