Romaji: Sumimasen, kono "otooshi" to iu no wa nan desu ka? Chūmon shita oboe ga nai no desu ga.... / Reply Romaji: Otooshi wa sekiryō no yō na mono de, saisho ni odashi suru karui oryōri desu. Ryōkin wa marumaru en desu.

お通しは席料のようなもので、最初にお出しする軽いお料理です。料金は〇〇円です。
おとおしはせきりょうのようなもので、さいしょにおだしするかるいおとせりょうりです。りょうきんはまるまるえんです。
O-toshi is like a seating charge, and it's a small dish served at the beginning. The charge is ¥XX.
