Email or printed report. If meeting family in person, hand the report with both hands, slight bow (15°). Sit at eye level. Walk through key points; never assume they'll read everything immediately.
Regular care-record sharing builds family trust in remote care arrangements. Weekly cadence is standard. Include: daily activities, meals/appetite, sleep, mood notes, any incidents, upcoming nurse visits, medication adherence. Use neutral observational language ('夕食は半分残された') rather than evaluative ('食欲がなかった'). Invite questions explicitly.
