Romaji: Sumimasen, kono "men no katasa" tte, donna chigai ga aru n desu ka? / Reply Romaji: Hai, "barikata" wa ichiban katame de, "yawarakame" wa sukoshi yawarakaku narimasu. Futsuu wa "futsuu" ga osusume desu.

はい、「バリカタ」は一番硬めで、「やわらかめ」は少し柔らかくなります。普通は「ふつう」がおすすめです。

"Barikata" is the hardest, and "yawarakame" is a bit softer. Usually, "futsuu" (normal) is recommended.
