Excuse me, there seems to be a stain here on this kimono. Can it be removed?
Romaji: Sumimasen, kono kimono no kono hen ni, nanika shimi no yō na mono ga aru no desu ga, kore wa toremasu ka? / Reply Romaji: HaikeN itashimasu. Kore wa furui shimi nanode, senmon no kurīninguten ni go-sōdan itadaku no ga yoi ka to omoimasu.

Let me see. This is an old stain, so I think it would be best to consult a specialized dry cleaner.
Gesture & etiquette
Point gently to the stain with one finger, keeping other hand close to the kimono as if supporting it.
Always ask permission before touching items, especially delicate vintage clothing. Do not attempt to clean or rub the stain yourself in the shop.
