Hold up one finger to indicate 'one' for kae-dama. Make a quick hand gesture like pushing away a bowl for 'no soup'.
This is a very specific order for ramen enthusiasts. Do not order if you are unsure what 'hari-gane' or 'suupu nashi' mean, as it might result in an unexpected experience. Some shops might not offer 'suupu nashi' for kae-dama.
