Gesture & etiquette

Report in person when possible, rather than just by message — it shows professionalism. Bring any relevant documentation or outputs. Keep the report concise: result, method summary, any issues encountered. Bow when delivering the report to a senior.

The 'Hō' (report) in Hō-Ren-Sō — closing the loop after a task. Always report completion proactively; do not wait for the superior to ask. Include a brief summary of what was done and note anything worth their attention, even if minor.
