Bow at about 30 degrees during this introduction; make brief eye contact with each person; speak clearly and at a slightly slower pace for maximum clarity; if handing out business cards, do so after this introduction.
お世話になります' (osewa ni narimasu = I will be in your care) expresses humility and gratitude for being welcomed; 'と申します' (to moushimasu = my name is) is more formal than 'と言います' and is the correct level for a professional first-day introduction.
