Stand straight and bow at 30 degrees while saying this. If exchanging business cards (名刺交換), present yours with both hands — text facing the recipient — immediately after this introduction. Receive their card with both hands, study it briefly, and never put it in your pocket right away.
「お目にかかります」is the humble keigo form of 会います — it elevates the other person. Using 「はじめまして」in a formal business context sounds too casual. Always state your company name before your own name — this reflects Japan's group-oriented culture where your organization defines you.
