Walk 1-2 steps ahead. Slow at corners, gesture direction with open palm (never finger-point). Open meeting room door for them, gesture them in. Guide them to kamiza seat. Offer tea after they sit.

At each corner, slow down, gesture with open palm. At the meeting room door, open it for them and gesture them in. In elevator: visitor enters first, you press the button.
