Stand facing the team, bow 15 degrees on 「お願いいたします」. Team members bow back simultaneously—this synchronized bow ('isshouni rei') symbolizes team unity. Then everyone disperses to start the day.
Standard morning huddle closing. 「以上です」 (that's all) signals end of announcements. 「今日も一日よろしくお願いいたします」 (let's have a good day today as well) invites collective commitment. Everyone responds in unison with 「よろしくお願いいたします」 and gives a brief bow. Common in Japanese offices, factories, retail.
