Stand at podium center, bow 45 degrees on 「ありがとうございます」 and hold 2 seconds. Speak slowly with grave dignity. Pause briefly after 「定刻となりましたので」 for emphasis. Strike gavel softly if used. Confirm quorum aloud immediately after.
