Stand at entrance, bow 30-45 degrees on 「お世話になっております」. Present omiyage with both hands, characters facing recipient. Wait to be offered seat. Speak with measured, deferential tone.
Parent-company visit greeting. 「ご挨拶にお伺い」 (paying respects visit) is the standard reason for ceremonial visits—year-end, year-start, new posting announcements. 「日頃よりお世話になっております」 thanks for ongoing relationship. Bring formal omiyage (高級和菓子 from your region). Keep visit brief (15-30 minutes).
