小さなタトゥーでしたら、隠せるシールをお渡ししますので、そちらで隠していただければご入浴いただけます。
ちいさなタトゥーでしたら、かくれるシールをおわたししますので、そちらでかくしていただければごにゅうよくいただけます。
If it's a small tattoo, we'll provide you with a cover-up sticker. If you cover it with that, you are welcome to bathe.

Discreetly point to the area where the tattoo is (if appropriate, or just indicate generally).
Do not enter the bath without confirming the tattoo policy. Do not try to sneak in with a visible tattoo. Respect the rules of the facility.
