You can receive it at the juyosho (reception counter) over there.

A polite gesture or slight bow while asking. Follow the direction indicated by the staff.
Respect the sacred atmosphere. Be patient as there might be a queue, especially at popular temples/shrines. Ensure you have your Goshuincho (stamp book) ready.
