Romaji: Sumimasen, kochira no mizu, okiyome wa dono you ni okonaeba ii desu ka? / Reply Romaji: Mazu migite de hishaku o tori hidarite o kiyome, tsugi ni hidarite de migite o kiyomemasu. Saigo ni, te ni uketa mizu de kuchi o karuku yusuide kudasai.

まず右手で柄杓を取り左手を清め、次に左手で右手を清めます。最後に、手に受けた水で口を軽くゆすいでください。
まずみぎてでひしゃくをとりひだりてをきよめ、つぎにひだりてでみぎてをきよめます。さいごに、てにうけたみずでくちをかるくゆすいでください。
First, take the ladle with your right hand and purify your left hand, then with your left hand, purify your right hand. Finally, lightly rinse your mouth with the water collected in your hand.
Gesture & etiquette
Point to the temizuya, slightly bow.
Do not drink directly from the ladle or spit the water back into the basin. Do not use the ladle to wash your entire face.
