小さいものなら、他のお客様のご迷惑にならないようシールなどで隠していただければ大丈夫です。
ちいさいものなら、ほかのおきゃくさまのごめいわくにならないようしーるなどでかくしていただければだいじょうぶです。
If it's small, it's fine as long as you cover it with a sticker or similar, so as not to bother other customers.

Point vaguely to an arm or shoulder to indicate a tattoo's general location.
Do not enter a bath if the staff clearly states that tattoos are not permitted, even if small or covered. Policies vary.
