If it's a small tattoo, it's fine as long as you are considerate of other guests.
Gesture & etiquette
Discreetly indicate the area of the tattoo if appropriate, or just a slight bow.
Do not assume entry is guaranteed. Respect the establishment's rules. If entry is denied, apologize and leave gracefully. Avoid showing tattoos prominently where they might cause discomfort.
