That one is the men's bath, and this one is the women's bath.

Point in the direction you are asking about, then look towards the staff for their indication.
Always check signs or ask if unsure about bath gender. Entering the wrong bath is a serious faux pas. Do not wear swimsuits in traditional onsen/sento.
