Romaji: Sumimasen, otōshi wa kekkō desu, mata wa betsu no mono ni henkō dekimasu ka? / Reply Romaji: Mōshiwake gozaimasen, otōshi wa seki-ryō to natte ori, okotowari dekimasen. Arerugī taiō wa kanō desu.

Be aware that "otōshi" is often mandatory. It's usually better to ask if it can be changed due to allergy rather than outright declining, unless you want to try declining first.
