I am allergic to dashi (Japanese soup stock). Is dashi used in this dish?
Romaji: Watashi wa dashi no arerugī ga aru no desu ga, kono ryōri ni wa dashi wa tsukawarete imasu ka? / Reply Romaji: Mōshiwake gozaimasen. Kono ryōri ni wa katsuobushi no dashi ga tsukawarete imasu. Betsu no dashi de taiō dekiru ka kakunin itashimasu.
