まず、右手で柄杓を取り左手を清め、次に左手で柄杓を持ち替えて右手を清めます。最後に、柄杓を右手に持ち替えて、その水で口をすすぎます。
まず、みぎてでひしゃくをとりひだりてをきよめ、つぎにひだりてでひしゃくをもちかえてみぎてをきよめます。さいごに、ひしゃくをみぎてにもちかえて、そのみずでくちをすすぎます。
First, take the ladle with your right hand and purify your left hand. Next, switch the ladle to your left hand and purify your right hand. Finally, switch the ladle back to your right hand and rinse your mouth with that water.
