Using the honorific 'おっしゃって' (respectful form of 'say') shows respect even in a simple clarification request. Soften it further with 'ちょっと聞き取れなくて' (I couldn't quite catch that) to make clear the difficulty is on your side, not the speaker's. This protects both parties' face.
