絆創膏で完全に隠れるようでしたら、問題ございません。
はんそうこうでかんぜんにかくれるようでしたら、もんだいございません。
If it can be completely covered by a bandage, there is no problem.

Point to the area where the tattoo is located, or show a bandage.
Do not enter if explicitly told not to. Be honest about the size and extent of the tattoo when asking.
