Excuse me, could you please teach me the correct way to wear this yukata? Especially, I'm not sure about the front overlap.
Romaji: Sumimasen, kono yukata no tadashii kikata o oshiete itadakemasu ka? Toku ni maeawase ga yoku wakaranakute. / Reply Romaji: Hai, shōchi itashimashita. Hidari-mae ga tadashii kikata desu. Go-annai shimasu ne.

Gesture & etiquette
Hold up the yukata to indicate it, or gesture confusedly at your chest regarding the overlap.
Always wear yukata with the left side over the right side (Hidari-mae). The opposite (right over left) is only used for dressing the deceased and is considered a major faux pas.
