Romaji: Kono omikuji, musubu basho wa doko desu ka? Amari yokunai naiyō nano de. / Reply Romaji: Hai, achira no ki ni musunde kudasai. Warui koto wa kaze ni nagarete iku to iwarete imasu.

Do not tie omikuji to just any tree or structure; look for designated areas, typically trees or wires with many other omikuji tied to them.
