Yes, as long as you rinse off the bubbles thoroughly, it's not a problem. However, please refrain from using it inside the bathtub itself.

Hold up your small towel slightly.
Never put your washing towel or face towel *into* the bathtub. It's considered very unhygienic. Keep it on your head or beside the bath.
