As long as it's up to two palm-sized stickers, you can put them on and enter the bath.
Gesture & etiquette
Show your palm to indicate the size of your tattoo or the cover sticker.
Do not enter the bath area with uncovered tattoos if the facility requires covers, as this can lead to being asked to leave immediately.
