After saying this, bow slightly and make eye contact with the most senior person; pause deliberately to give time for questions — wait 5-10 seconds before moving on; Japan's silence norms mean questions often surface after a pause.
Explicitly inviting 'ご質問やご意見' (questions or opinions) — rather than 'questions only' — signals you genuinely want input; ending with 'ぜひお聞かせください' (please do share) is warmer than the neutral 'どうぞ' and more likely to surface useful feedback.
