Moushi agemasu' is the highest-level humble form of 'iu' (say) — appropriate for ceremonial speeches, formal letters, and elevated business correspondence. 'Atsuku' (thickly/deeply) intensifies the gratitude. 'Gobentatsu' (your encouragement/lash) is an archaic compound now used only in extremely formal contexts. Used incorrectly in casual settings, it sounds theatrical; used correctly in formal contexts, it elevates the entire interaction.
