Deliver standing, arms at sides or one hand holding microphone. Bow about 30 degrees on 「申し上げます」. Make sweeping eye contact across the audience as you say 「皆様」. Speak slowly with emotion—gratitude should be felt, not just stated.
Speech opener for celebratory events (anniversaries, openings, weddings hosted by company). 「お力添えなくして~ございません」 (without your support, this wouldn't exist) is a powerful credit-the-supporters frame. 「温かい」 (warm) softens the formal structure. Use at gatherings where guests have meaningfully contributed to the occasion.
